- Professional Development and Accountability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research findings to inform care decisions.
- Evaluate own and others' nursing practice to ensure adherence to professional standards and guidelines.
- Education and Licensure
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where the RN works.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
