- Contract Management: Identify and contact customers to obtain necessary information for creating new COIs when existing contracts are not available.
- Communication: Provide continuous communication with customers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Excel Experience: Proficient in using Excel for data entry, searching, and deletion.
- Database Search: Experienced in searching for information in databases and portals.
- Microsoft Outlook: Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for communication and organization.
- Adobe Pro: Proficient in using Adobe Pro for document management and retrieval.
- DocuSign: Experienced in using DocuSign for electronic signatures and document management.
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance concepts, including COIs and contract management.
