  • Contract Management: Identify and contact customers to obtain necessary information for creating new COIs when existing contracts are not available.
  • Communication: Provide continuous communication with customers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Excel Experience: Proficient in using Excel for data entry, searching, and deletion.
  • Database Search: Experienced in searching for information in databases and portals.
  • Microsoft Outlook: Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for communication and organization.
  • Adobe Pro: Proficient in using Adobe Pro for document management and retrieval.
  • DocuSign: Experienced in using DocuSign for electronic signatures and document management.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance concepts, including COIs and contract management.
