Summary

Marketing Manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

To be successful in this role, you should be a detail-oriented individual, have hands-on experience with web analytics tools, and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises 5 to 10 employees in the Marketing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
Computer Skills
