  • Resize, version print, and create digital assets
  • Preflighting files for vendor delivery ensuring correct specs, resolution, color profiles, file output, and perfect packaged files for the vendor
  • Designing and optimizing pixel perfect digital assets with correct color, file output, file size adherence, and social media best practices
- o Photoshop: retouching, recoloring, clipping, masking, and compositing images
- o InDesign: setting up grids, character, paragraph, and character styles for pre-flighting and exporting
- o Illustrator

  • Communicating well and working in a team environment with Art Directors and Creative Directors
  • Assisting the Creative team with image selection and mockup support
  • Supporting brand consistency through strict adherence to client brand guidelines
  • Excelling in a fastpaced agency environment with quick deadlines

Requirements:

  • This person would have 35 years of experience (agency or studio experience preferred) designing confidently in both digital and traditional print media
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time
  • Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn internal team confidence quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a fluid and fastpaced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously
