This is a unique opportunity for a Christian graduate with 1-2 years of marketing experience to serve God in your professional career, with a full-time work-based ministry programme that includes excellent salary and benefits.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Our client is a leading B2B insights consultancy based in the UK, serving global corporations in the USA, Europe and around the world.

They seek a talented and motivated Social Media and Marketing Coordinator with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for engaging with audiences through social media and marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management:
Manage the company's social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that reflects the company's brand values and unique proposition.
Monitor social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive and active community.

Community Building:
Develop and manage a community for engaged leads and clients.
Engage with community members, fostering discussions and building relationships.

Marketing Coordination:
Assist in the organisation and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Help coordinate webinars and events, including logistics and promotion.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing calendars, tracking campaign performance, and updating CRM systems.
Assist with email marketing, including segmentation, scheduling, and automation setup.

Content Creation:
Support the creation of blog posts, social media updates, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the team to develop content that aligns with our marketing strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for computer-based work.
Proven ability to collaborate well with others.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in social media management, marketing coordination, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to support the implementation of brand communication styles and visual standards.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Experience with social media management tools.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Competency in managing workload in order to meet deadlines.

The following will also be advantageous:
Experience with email marketing platforms and best practices.
Experience with marketing technologies including CRM.
Content creation
Technical skills related to podcast production.
Experience with AI tools in marketing and content creation.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and reporting on performance metrics.

KEY DETAILS

Location:
Your daily work will be based in a beautiful workspace in Central Kent.

Term:
This is a permanent position.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (40 hours per week).

Hybrid Working:


After successful completion of your initial period, we currently operate on the basis of three days in the office (up to two days remote).
