Medication Aide
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Pay: $19 per hour. DOE + up to $1.50 shift differential
Shift: 2nd shift (3:30 pm - 11:30 pm) including every other weekend
Job Duties:
- Deliver appropriate nursing services and education to clients.
- Observe, record, and report any symptoms, reactions, and changes in a client's condition to the relevant individual.
- Transcribe physician orders to client charts.
- Document nursing notes in a detailed manner reflecting the care provided and the response to it.
- Participate in shift change reports.
- Administer Mantoux tests upon admission.
- Complete scheduled weekly updates.
- Conduct scheduled chart audits.
- Maintain compliance with Minnesota Department of Health regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Interest in Behavioral Health and Chemical Dependency
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- TMA certification is advantageous. Must obtain certification through the company if hired.
