Essential functions:

  • Assist servers during meal period.

  • Stock needed supplies inside stands.
  • Polish silverware and glassware.
  • Set up and break down buffets.
  • Pick up clean linen; return dirty linen.
  • Keep terrace clean; check umbrellas.

Preferred qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Skills:

  • Ability to communicate in English with hotel guests, suppliers, and employees to their understanding.
  • Ability to provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service to guests.
