Groundskeeper (FT)

RHP Properties is seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Windsor Estates community in West Valley City, UT. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for performing general grounds and lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing lawns, weeding flowerbeds, cutting weeds, and mulching. Seasonal maintenance tasks may also be required, such as salting walkways and snow and ice removal.

• Perform general grounds and lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing lawns, weeding flowerbeds, cutting weeds, and mulching.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks, such as salting walkways and snow and ice removal.
• Operate groundskeeping and other maintenance equipment.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and safe.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve community goals.

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid operator's license and maintenance of a good driving record at all times.
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces.
• Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to various chemical compounds.
