Your Role

As a Production Machine Operator, you'll have a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced sterile filling processes. Your responsibilities include setting up, running, and maintaining state-of-the-art production equipment following strict guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, fine-tune, and operate specialized production machinery (70% of time)
  • Collaborate with fill/seal operators and supervisors for efficient operations
  • Maintain thorough documentation and recordkeeping standards
  • Conduct integrity testing on sterilizing filters
  • Adhere strictly to all relevant regulations

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with precision machinery setup and operation
  • Ability to follow procedures and document work activities
  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary

Preferred Skills

  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills and proficiency with hand tools
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, military time, metric system, and tool safety

Shift Information

  • 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM, Monday - Friday (7% shift premium)
  • 3rd Shift: 11:15 PM - 7:45 AM, Sunday - Thursday (10% shift premium)
  • Training on 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday for at least 30 days
