Description
The District Manager is responsible for aggressively driving business growth and generating revenue by selling and marketing of Sun Nuclear products and services.
Major Responsibilities/Functions:
- Manage Territory: Actively sell Sun Nuclear products and services to a defined territory. Understand and document territory properties as defined by customer population, competitors, local demand, local potential, and other conditions, and use this data to build an effective sales campaign. The campaign should seek to maximize company business for that territory and drive to meet or exceed forecasted goals.
- Attend Conferences: Manage territorial conference schedule. Represent Sun Nuclear up to six local conferences and two national conferences per year.
- Collect &
Funnel Feedback:
Engage customers and prospects to establish key concerns for Sun Nuclear and communicate suggestions for new products and/or enhancements to Sales Management.
Emphasis on identifying areas of potential improvement is vital.- Problem Resolution: Support the appropriate SNC resources when needed to help resolve any territorial (or assigned) customer concerns with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and swift resolution.
- Assist with back up support for sales/marketing department responsibilities as determined needed by Sales Management.
Specialized Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years in capital or enterprise software sales
- An analytical approach to sales and decision-making processes
