Birchcrest Tree and Landscape, Inc. is looking for a year-round Tree Bucket Operator with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the tree care industry.

Duties may include:

+ Duties include trimming and removing trees for our customers. Tree climbing, chipper, log loader operation, and ground cleanup.

Requirements include:

+ Prior experience climbing for a tree-care company

+ Must be able to prune and remove trees in a safe manner while utilizing machinery

+ Experience driving a Bucket Truck

+ Self-motivated individual able to work well with a team of co-workers

+ Experience with safe operation of chainsaws and other pruning equipment

+ Excellent work habits and organizational skills

+ Good communication and customer service skills

+ ISA Certified Arborist status, and/or CDL highly desirable but not required

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be able to wear necessary PPE

+ Must be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments

+ Must be able to operate and service all required tools and equipment

+ Clean driver's license

+ Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to lift, move and maneuver heavy weights of 10 pounds frequently, and weights of up to 50 pounds

+ Gripping

+ Climbing

+ Climbing on and off truck

+ Balancing

+ Pulling and pushing
