We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanic with at least 1-2 years of experience in the landscape equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in diesel mechanics, particularly with landscape trucks and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs on our fleet of bucket trucks and landscape vehicles (both diesel and gas), as well as chippers, bobcat machines, stump grinders, and other related equipment.
  • Proficient in operating landscape machinery, chip trucks, and bucket trucks.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with heavy equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, and prentice loaders.
  • Familiarity with diesel and gas engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical repairs.
  • Welding and fabrication skills are advantageous.
Qualifications:
  • Self-driven individual with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and work habits.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • CDL is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Capable of working in various weather conditions.
  • Proficient in operating and maintaining all required tools and equipment.
  • Possession of a basic set of hand tools.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to frequently lift, move, and handle weights of up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to grip, climb, balance, pull, and push.
