Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • Experience in the tire industry preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
Requirements:
  • Engages with customers, provides product recommendations, and schedules services
  • Handles paperwork and utilizes company computer systems for accurate billing and inventory management
  • Focuses on building customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Offers a range of tire and auto products and services
  • Contributes to merchandising, advertising, and promoting products and services
  • Participates in all aspects of store operations
  • Demonstrates energetic responsiveness to customer needs both in-person and over the phone
  • Attends to each customer's requirements, documents them, and offers suitable solutions for various situations
  • Ensures proper checkout procedures, clearly explaining warranties and available options to customers
