Duties:

- Maintain daily records
- Collaborate with team to ensure customer satisfaction

-Deal with difficult people calmly and professionally.

-Receive freight and assist with inventory management

-Computer training to utilize Spire accounting software for orders, invoices and purchase orders

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person in a friendly, professional manner.

-Schedule service appointments

- Provide accurate information about products and services and be able to conduct research as required and respond quickly

- Review daily reports and schedules and process orders efficiently

-Support shop technical team and management

Requirements:

- 2-3 years customer Service Experence

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficient in data entry and willingness to learn new software skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

-Reliable, friendly and able to take initiative

- Strong organizational skills

-Solid computer skills

- Previous experience in industrial customer service or sales is preferred


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
