About the Job:
  • Perform assigned assembly operations with high competence and minimal supervision.
  • Capable of fulfilling technical qualifications through practical testing and demonstrating quality soldering techniques.
  • Knowledge of military and IPC specifications for manufacturing complex electronic equipment.
  • Proficient in electrical assembly skills like soldering, wiring, PCB assembly, RF assembly, etc.
  • Assist in practical problem-solving with Engineering teams and recommend product improvements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Works from detailed drawings, material specifications, and assembly procedures to perform complex wiring and assembly operations. Sets up and operates production equipment to assemble various components efficiently.

  • Conduct continuity checks and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Train other Assemblers on new products or processes.
  • Move hardware through production processes efficiently.
  • Meet time standards for assigned tasks.
  • Utilize computer skills to access necessary information.
  • Maintain clean and safe working environment.

Attitude towards job responsibilities and effective communication with colleagues and supervisors are crucial. Ability to perform additional duties when required.

Skills:
  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-4 years of related experience or 0-1 year with IPC certification.
