We seek an Independent Licensed Therapist for our Albany, Rochester, or Syracuse, New York offices. Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:
A clear and active LCSW, LCSWR, or LMHC license issued by the New York State Office of the Professions
Must have two years of clinical experience.

Due to credentialing restrictions applicant must reside in the following counties: Onondaga, Oswego, Oneida, Madison, Cortland, Cayuga, Monroe, Livingston, Steuben, Wayne, Ontario, Yates, Schuyler, Chemung, Seneca, Tompkins, Tioga, Broome, Jefferson, St Lawrence, Lewis, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Herkimer, Franklin, Hamilton, Fulton, Montgomery, Clinton, Essex.

We are expanding further into the greater Albany area to include Greene, Albany, Schoharie, Schenectady, Columbia, and Rensselaer.
