We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at The Salvation Army, Syracuse Area Services. As a member of our Family Services Department, you will provide comprehensive clinical services to youth with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct licensed diagnostic evaluations and assessments of assigned youth
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with youth and families
- Provide psychotherapeutic counseling in individual, family, and group settings
- Respond to crisis situations and maintain liaison activities with collaborative partners
- Document case activity and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in Mental Health or related field
- Experience working with children and families preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
