About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Kelberman. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will work closely with individuals with autism and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities, providing evidence-based assessment and treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to those enrolled in clinical services.
  • Conduct psychotherapy, intake/screenings, and clinical assessments, treatment recommendations, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
  • Engage in evidence-based assessment and treatment approaches.
  • Provide linkage, referral, and case management as clinically indicated.
  • Complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system per regulatory or insurance guidelines.
Requirements
  • Active NYS License as LMSW or LMHC.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working with individuals with autism and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Valid New York State Driver's License, as some travel is required.
