Job Description

Bullfrog Spas - Retail Service seeks a Customer Care Representative dedicated to enhancing the customer experience. Our mission is to "Create Peaceful Lives" for customers, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction throughout their product ownership journey.

This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service-related issues.
