Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with government clients to understand their requirements and objectives for AI/ML solutions.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns using advanced machine learning techniques.
  • Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific problems and address critical challenges.
  • Implement and optimize AI/ML solutions using programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, as well as libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikitlearn.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI/ML models into existing systems and applications.
  • Conduct testing and validation of AI/ML models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance in realworld scenarios.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research and technology trends, and evaluate their potential applications for government use cases.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI/ML best practices, methodologies, and tools to internal teams and government stakeholders.
  • Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposal writing, and technical presentations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science roles.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikitlearn, or Keras.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, data visualization, and exploratory data analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI/ML development and deployment.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
