We are seeking a Call Center Specialist-Wire Operations to join our team at Bank OZK's Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR. If you have 1-3 years of experience and a High School Diploma or Equivalent, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

Position Description:

Job Purpose and Scope: Responsible for handling outgoing wire transfers from client accounts and addressing customer inquiries on behalf of the Bank. In this role, you will provide information on products and services, assist with customer complaints, and process customer requests.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Process outgoing domestic and international wire transfers as requested by clients.
  • Verify and allocate entries from client accounts.
  • Prepare proper disclosures for International Consumer Remittance Wires.
  • Resolve exception items and provide payment assistance.
  • Accept wire instructions via phone, email, or fax and process within guidelines.
  • Follow security procedures associated with payments.
  • Maintain daily logs of wire activity and send notifications as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Wire Department to update processing authorizations.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Follow communication scripts and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions.
  • Handle account requests and customer complaints according to Bank policy.
  • Meet personal and team performance goals.
  • Stay informed of system changes through training sessions.
  • Adhere to Bank policies and procedures.
  • Perform assigned IVR responsibilities.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of PC and internet experience.
  • Experience in call center or customer service preferred.
  • Prior bilingual customer service experience is a plus.
