Award Winning Client, recognized for its exemplary national healthcare services, is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse for their Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

This role is an integral part of our weekend program, demanding night shifts. The ICU comprises 4 beds, where registered nurses collaborate closely with on-site hospitalist physicians to deliver superior patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care to individuals with critical illnesses.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team collaborations to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Maintain precise patient documentation and adhere to healthcare regulations.
  • Administer critical care techniques and monitor patient vitals.
  • Ensure patient safety and provide emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of Critical Care experience.
  • Associate of Science Degree in Nursing (ASN).
  • Valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) certification within 2 years of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Three years of current critical care RN experience.
