Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced ICU RN to work 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, in our Intensive Care Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of NY
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU nursing
  • Meditech experience a plus
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • PALS certification preferred
