At KD-Staffing, we envision a healthcare environment where nurses engage in meaningful work and collaborate within patient-centered teams to enhance lives. We are currently offering a lucrative opportunity for an ICU Registered Nurse/Critical Care RN.
The Intensive Care Unit consists of a 4-bed medical/surgical unit staffed by Registered Nurses who provide care for patients in critical condition. Our hospitalist physicians are on-site to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $15,000 lump sum sign-on bonus, paid within 30 days of employment.
- Full-time night shifts, 36 hours per week / .9 FTE or full-time weekend nights.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience.
- Associate of Science Degree in Nursing.
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure or Compact RN.
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
- CMSRN certification within 2 years of hire.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
- Three years of current critical care RN experience.
