  • Welcome and assist clients and guests in a prompt and professional manner, provide relevant information, guide them to their destination, and ensure a top-notch guest experience.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, redirecting them as needed.
  • Coordinate phone coverage across offices when necessary.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and guests to provide outstanding service.
  • Manage conference room reservations, confirm technical needs, arrange furniture, and coordinate catering.
  • Keep track of conference room usage and update statuses as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of reservations for the upcoming days and weeks, communicating with all involved parties.
  • Maintain meeting room readiness by coordinating with IT and catering departments for equipment and catering setup.
  • Essential staff role that may require presence in the office when necessary.
  • Facilitate building access for clients and guests.
  • Inform clients and guests about Wi-Fi services.
  • Report any building-related issues to the appropriate department, maintain a clean reception area.
  • Manage loaner card inventory, issuance, and follow-up.
  • Address requests for assistance and inquiries promptly, identify and solve complex problems effectively.
