Overview:
As the Operations Coordinator you will ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher's internal operations.

We will look to you to develop and cultivate outstanding relationships within our branch and with our clients and vendor partners.


Responsibilities:
You will be accountable for broad oversight of administrative tasks and responsibility to ensure branches are operating efficiently

Responsible for ongoing office operations and support regional and divisional projects as needed

Provide overall support to the branch leaders and Operations Manager for financials including reconciling reports and managing invoices

Responsible for communicating technology access and managing office channels through MS Teams

Support Integration of M&A's in region

Other duties to contribute to the branch leaders or Regional Operations team

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products (ex. Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)

Efficiency and attention to detail are paramount in our environment

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables
