Job Description

Facilities Specialist-Shuttle Driver - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


• Drive shuttle with passengers around the campus.


• Conduct safety check of interior and exterior of vehicle


•Assist with keeping the property clean by assisting with trash that accumulates on the campus grounds.


• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of shuttle. Occasional exterior brush washing / rinsing of shuttle.


• Deliver mail/packages to buildings

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:


•Flexibility with schedule


• Clean driving record


• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, positive attitude, and always conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner


• Ability to follow instructions, learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records and comply with company policies


• Low absenteeism and tardiness.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:


• High School diploma or equivalent


• At least 21yrs of age with 3yrs driving experience


• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsors

Additional Information

This position is part-time position that consist of a 32.5-hour work week. The schedule work hours/days will be the following.

Monday - 3:00PM-7:00PM

Tuesday - 11:30AM-7:30PM

Wednesday- 11:30AM-7:30PM

Thursday - 11:30AM-7:30PM

Friday - 3:00PM-7:00PM

The ideal candidate must be flexible with work hours, to help cover call offs, PTO, and others employees leaves of absence.
