Resumen del Trabajo

Supervisar las operaciones de campo de cemento en el lugar, garantizar que todo el equipo de cemento esté operativo, solucionar fallas de equipos e ingresar facturas en el sistema.

Responsabilidades
  • Supervisar las operaciones de servicio de equipos de cemento en el lugar
  • Garantizar que el equipo se mantenga y esté operativo
  • Realizar controles de control de calidad a lo largo del trabajo para garantizar que se cumplan los requisitos del trabajo del cliente
  • Asegurar que todos los materiales y equipos requeridos estén preparados para cada trabajo
  • Mantener una comunicación regular y una relación laboral con el representante del cliente y el oficial de la empresa
  • Realizar cálculos de volumen de cemento y de hoyo
  • Instalar y desinstalar equipos
  • Ayudar al equipo y operar equipos cuando sea necesario
  • Solucionar problemas o fallas de equipos y ofrecer soluciones
  • Ingresar facturas en el sistema, garantizar que se apliquen los descuentos correctos y confirmar que los cargos por productos químicos o aditivos sean correctos
  • Completar y enviar la documentación requerida por la Comisión de Ferrocarriles
  • Localizar y dirigir el convoy y mover equipos de forma segura
  • Garantizar que los camiones y equipos estén con combustible
  • Supervisar y ayudar en la limpieza en el lugar antes, durante y después del trabajo
  • Realizar inspecciones de vehículos y equipos para garantizar niveles adecuados de fluidos, frenos en funcionamiento, luces operativas y condiciones seguras de los neumáticos
  • Documentar e informar cualquier equipo defectuoso
  • Comunicar todos los problemas y fallas de equipos al Supervisor de Campo de Cemento
  • Comunicar todas las cuestiones relacionadas con las horas de operación (cuellos de botella) al Supervisor de Campo de Cemento
  • Realizar un Análisis de Seguridad Laboral (JSA) adecuado antes del inicio del trabajo
  • Mantener el cumplimiento de las políticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (HSE) asistiendo a todas las sesiones de capacitación de HSE requeridas, reuniones de seguridad y utilizando siempre el Equipo de Protección Personal (PPE) adecuado
  • Otras tareas asignadas
Calificaciones
  • Se requiere un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia trabajando en operaciones de servicio de equipos de cemento
  • Se requiere mantener una licencia de conducir válida actual y un historial de conducción limpio
  • CDL-A actual preferido
  • Aptitudes para operar y realizar mantenimiento de vehículos o equipos relevantes requeridos
  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, capaz de dar y seguir instrucciones en inglés
  • Agradable, capaz de interactuar efectivamente con clientes y personal en todos los niveles de la organización
  • Habilidades matemáticas competentes, capaz de realizar cálculos
  • Debe ser proactivo, independiente, confiable y con una ética laboral sólida
  • Tener aptitud mecánica y conocimiento del uso seguro de herramientas manuales
  • Debe poder doblarse, inclinarse, arrodillarse, torcerse, gatear, caminar en superficies irregulares y subir escaleras o escaleras de equipos de manera segura
  • Debe poder trabajar físicamente en interiores y exteriores con posible exposición a condiciones climáticas extremas
  • Debe poder levantar o mover de manera segura hasta 50 libras sin ayuda
