Responsibilities:

  • Support project team
  • Assist in coordinating construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage project documentation and filing systems
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, team members and clients
  • Perform administrative tasks to support project managers
  • Maintain project schedules and calendars
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to the team

Skills:

  • Experience in CONSTRUCTION administrative roles
  • Proficiency in PROCORE, Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient computer literacy for data entry and document control
  • Knowledge of construction processes
