- Must-Haves
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering concentration
- 3-4 years of geotechnical experience.
- Writing report, reviewing, and logging soil samples
- Proficient with engineering software such as gINT
- Description
- This position will provide professional geotechnical engineering services on a variety of public and private sector projects including buildings, bridges, roadways, and pavements, retaining and shoring structures, underground infrastructure, storage tanks, towers, slopes and embankments, dams, and other civil works projects. Services will be performed during both the design and construction phases of projects.
- Additional Information
Company car provided. 100 miles radius around Chesapeake, VA; however, everyone gets home each night. No overnight travel. In office 50% of the time and in the field 50% of the time.
