Job Description:
As a Qualified Mental Health Professional, you will deliver advanced mental health treatment in individual and group settings. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, risk assessment, diagnostic impression using the DSM, short-term stabilization services, discharge planning coordination, and individual and group therapy. Treatment is based on sound theoretical principles, addressing the unique needs of the population served. This role focuses on clinical therapy in the community.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Master's degree or above in counseling, psychology, social work, family therapy, or a related field.
  • Missouri Licensing preferred as Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Knowledge of psychiatric terminology and diagnostic processes.
  • Proficiency in mental health assessment, treatment theory, and basic research skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, adapt to new tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Completion of specified training as directed.
  • Compliance with Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy if driving is required.
