Job Summary:
The main responsibility of the Wound Nurse is to conduct weekly wound rounds with a contracted CRNP and maintain documentation via PCC. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services on dermatologic issues of residents. Implement skin care treatment policies, assess residents' needs, create care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate care, and oversee nursing personnel. Follow all healthcare standards to ensure top-notch care is maintained. Must adhere to community regulations and guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Wound Care Certification
- CPR certification
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good attention to detail
- Previous long-term care experience preferred
Details:
- Full-time positions available
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Competitive wage
