We are seeking an exceptional Charge Nurse to join our Surgical Trauma 3A unit. This is a full-time, 36 hours/week, night shift position. Our unit is a fast-paced med-surg telemetry unit focusing on adult post-operative and trauma patients. We offer a competitive sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including head-to-toe assessments, reading and posting telemetry strips, IV insertions, and wound care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations.
- Graduate of a state-approved professional nurse program.
- Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion of a course within the probation period.
