Overview

We are currently seeking an Enterprise Software Sales Professional with Sales Management expertise to guide and grow our team of experienced Sales Executives.

You will be actively involved in growing our business within multiple market verticals across Eastern USA and Canada.

As a Sales Manager, within one of our most important markets, you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to our business and you will have the opportunity to grow as we continue to grow.

This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President of the Americas, and as such, you will have the opportunity to shape and manage our business strategy for the region.

You are expected to coach our team of seasoned sales professionals to ensure that they are continually operating at the highest possible level and consistently achieving targets.

We are looking for a highly accomplished Enterprise Software Sales Manager who is results-driven, energetic, detailed, and above all, an individual that fits our can-do culture.

In This Role, You Will

Put the customer first

Manage a select team of seasoned Enterprise Software Sales Executives.

Shape a sales strategy for your region that cultivates continuous pipeline build.

Help your team attain revenue targets. Think team-player as opposed to spreadsheet jockey'

Operate at the C-level within the Fortune 1000


Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow our business within our impressive client base and with new clients who are eager to make the transition from batch to real-time.

Provide your RVP with an analytical view of your teams business performance and implement strategies to ensure optimum performance.
Qualifications & Certifications

More than ten years of a proven track record in Enterprise Software Sales

and more than five years of Sales Management experience within this field.

Good knowledge of the application integration domain

Previous experience with clients across a wide range of market verticals, such as Finance, Telco, Retail, Manufacturing.

A business development track record and proven leadership qualities

Comfortable engaging at the C suite level within the Fortune 1000

Entrepreneurial mindset with a teaming attitude

Masters degree in Business/Management
