JOB SUMMARY
Join us as a Talent & Development Partner, responsible for driving leadership programs, enhancing organizational culture, and fostering engagement. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to develop leadership skills, align talent initiatives with business goals, and focus on data analysis for program improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Develop and implement global leadership programs to drive organizational performance.
- Utilize survey insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives.
- Work with HRBP teams and business leaders to scale global talent initiatives.
- Execute projects focused on improving associate experience.
- Enhance global programs for onboarding, movement, and offboarding.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Analyze data globally to drive decision-making and program enhancements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 7-9 years in talent management or leadership development, with a proven track record of successful program implementations.
Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to drive change, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in data analysis, business acumen, continuous improvement mindset, and program management proficiency.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office Environment: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
Additional Physical Requirements: Ability to travel up to 5% domestically.
