Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant, you will partner with the operational and functional teams across the business and client base to design, implement, and conduct training sessions that will ensure our clients are able to successfully use our software.

This individual will be required to learn our software and coordinate training sessions with our client base.

They will also work within the existing training team to build an evolving training program consisting of documentation, videos, and programs.

What You'll Do

Conduct training sessions with clients and internal team members to review system functions and process changes
Partner with project managers on status updates and feedback from clients following training sessions
Develop, plan, schedule, and facilitate training plans, including reviewing learning objectives and evaluation criteria
Regularly review, assess, and recommend improvements on training programs and their results
This position is remote and does require some travel
Requirements

Competencies

High sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Be a self-starter and key contributor to the training and operations team
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to teach a user or group system functions and industry concepts
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience
3+ years of in-depth experience delivering financial or legal systems training
Knowledge of accounting, financial, or law firm industry
Experience with legal software (Coyote, Aderant, Juris, Omega, PCLaw, Elite, TABS, Javelin, Timeslips, Time Matters, Rainmaker, LMS)
