Deine Capco Aufgaben

Du gestaltest die digitale Transformation unserer Versicherungskunden mit, indem Du sie dabei unterstützt, ihre Geschäftsmodelle, Organisationen, Prozesse und IT-Systeme zu optimieren
Du bist in allen Projektphasen involviert, von der Strategieentwicklung über die Anforderungsanalyse bis hin zur (fachlichen und technischen) Realisierung und Implementierung
Du bringst Deine Expertise in Deinen Schwerpunktthemen ein, wie z. B. Vertrieb, Bestand/Vertrag, Schaden/Leistung, Kundenmanagement, agile Transformation, Plattformen und Ökosysteme, Cloud, Integration und Automation, Data Analytics und vieles mehr
Du arbeitest im Team kollaborativ und eigeninitiativ, übernimmst verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit Deinem Team kreative und innovative Lösungen für unsere Kunden
Du bist an der Projekt- und Kundenakquise sowie der Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsportfolios beteiligt
Du trägst aktiv zum Wachstum und Erfolg unserer Versicherungspractice bei

Dein Capco Profil
Du hast ein Masterstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, vorzugsweise in den Fachrichtungen BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik
Du hast erste Berufserfahrung bei einem Consulting-Unternehmen, im Inhouse-Consulting oder der Konzern- bzw. Strategieentwicklung eines Versicherers erworben
Du hast (fachliche oder technische) Projekterfahrungen in den Versicherungssparten Kranken, Leben oder Komposit gesammelt
Du kennst die wesentlichen Geschäftsfunktionen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette einer Versicherung
Du bist interessiert an neuen innovativen Technologien (Generative AI, Blockchain, ...) und Markttrends
Du verfügst über ein sicheres Auftreten, Hands-on-Mentalität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytische Fähigkeiten, bist flexibel, agierst kundenorientiert und arbeitest gerne im Team
