Statement of Purpose:
As a member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and safe environment for all patients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting patrols, protecting life and property, and intervening in situations to defuse potentially violent behavior.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (M.O.A.B.) certification within 30 days
- Active Driver's License
- 1 year experience in Security & Health Care preferred
- Comfortable with computer software for daily documentation
- Excellent communication skills
MRMC Differentials:
- $3.50 hourly for evenings
- $4.75 hourly for nights
- $2.75 hourly for weekends
