Working Hours: 6am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: $17-20 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate a vertical miter cold metal saw.
  • Load and unload sawhorses manually or with a forklift.
  • Load, operate, and unload the saw, including lifting items weighing up to 50lbs regularly.
  • Utilize basic measuring tools such as a tape measure, back stop, and manual adjustable length stops.
  • Transport cut pieces on carts to CNC mill operators.
  • Complete essential work orders and maintain inventory tracking records.
  • Receive training on programmable auto feeder/stop.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics.
  • Ability to count materials used and parts produced.
  • Familiarity with measuring fractions and decimals.
  • Competence in using measuring instruments.
  • Capability to work on your feet throughout the day, engaging in continuous movement and lifting items up to 50lbs.
  • Operate the saw while standing for extended periods, up to 10 hours a day.
  • Previous forklift experience is advantageous; willingness to undergo training for a forklift operator's certification.
