Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsible for managing supplier documentation, onboarding new suppliers, updating vendor master information in Deltek Costpoint, and providing technical support within the Supplier Management System.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review supplier onboarding documentation and perform input into Deltek Costpoint vendor master for new suppliers and for changes to existing suppliers.
  • Manage Supplier Documents in Supplier Management System (SMS) for compliance and approval.
  • Provide SMS technical support: SMS User, Supplier Access, Create User Accounts, PO acknowledgement, Late Line, Online RFQ, Password Resets, etc.
  • Monitor Purchase Order (PO) Workflow in AmentumMRO for POs blocked due to DOC_CK and release when all documents are compliant.
  • Manage Supplier On-boarding process: Initiate Temp IDs in Supplier Registration, Document approvals/rejections, tracking of non-standard document approvals, final approval requests, creation of supplier accounts/contacts.
  • Monitor and resolve inquiries submitted through the Supplier Management Support Inbox.
  • Submit Supplier Communications and Coordinate Responses as applicable.
  • Maintain central vendor file database and assist in obtaining supplier information.
  • Process daily and weekly reports as required.
  • Participate in developmental activities to prepare for an advanced role in supply chain as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in Deltek Costpoint vendor master required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Four (4) or more years' administrative experience in a procurement environment or related area.

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working directly with suppliers preferred.
  • Knowledge in the various functional areas of supply chain is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government property accountability procedures preferred.
  • Understanding of government contracts and procedures preferred.

Pay: 22-30

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
