Job description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resource Director. The role will be responsible for all Human Resource duties for a team of approximately Team Members. Flexible scheduling may be offered. This role will be responsible for the following:
  • Recruitment & interviewing Candidates
  • Onboarding New Team Members
  • Keeping legal documents up to date
  • Team Member Evaluations
  • Tracking Disciplinary Actions for Team Members
  • Suspending and terminating Employment
  • Investigating all Human Resource related issues
  • Fulfilling operational support when needed
  • Verifying, implementing, and updating Federal, California, and San Diego Human Resource standards and practices
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3 years of previous Human Resource Experience or Bachelors Degree are required
  • Previous Chick-fil-A Experience preferred but not necessary
  • Restaurant experience preferred but not necessary
