Marketing Coordinator

IHC is currently seeking a MARKETING COORDINATOR.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- generate statements of qualification/proposals
- prepare pre-bid qualifications
- coordinate company events
- structure and maintain project data
- create and update employee resumes
- update web information
- generate graphics
- strategize and participate in all marketing activities and business development
- create & manage social media postings
- collaborate with and support HR's employee recruitment/engagement/retention strategies
- coordinate/execute trade shows & career fairs
- other Marketing/HR duties as assigned

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

- some understanding of construction services
- some experience marketing in construction or related industries
- excellent writing skills, attention to detail & organizational skills
- the ability to articulate clearly
- a willingness to communicate & collaborate
- flexibility to work outside normal business hours to meet occasional deadlines & to participate in local trade shows
