  • Utilize kitchen tools and equipment efficiently for food preparation
  • Oversee kitchen inventory to maintain fresh and quality supplies
  • Monitor food temperatures during cooking and storage
  • Keep workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized, and sanitized
  • Handle kitchen opening, closing, and other assigned tasks by the Executive Chef
  • Culinary degree is a plus
  • Minimum two years of experience in a culinary leadership role
  • Prior exposure to high-volume catering environments is advantageous
  • Ability to establish rapport by actively listening and responding to clients' requirements
  • Flexible to adapt to evolving business conditions
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced settings
