PizzaBOGO Production Team Member Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our PizzaBOGO team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pizza Preparation: Prepare a variety of pizzas for cooking in the oven, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
  • Quality Control: Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of products served, adhering to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
  • Food Handling and Storage: Handle, store, and rotate all products properly, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods, close the kitchen properly, and participate in cleaning projects.
  • Customer Service: Answer the phone, take orders, and provide excellent customer service to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, guests, and kitchen personnel.
  • Physical Demands: Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds, as well as work in a standing position for long periods of time.
