MARKETING SERVICES MANAGER

Hybrid Role in Los Angeles, CA

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Marketing Services Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our team, you will lead designated projects across our sports & entertainment portfolio, focusing on sponsorship proposals, sales collateral, project administration, and client communication.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage select Premier sales properties and coordinate internally
  • Create customized sponsorship packages aligned with sponsor objectives
  • Provide sales team with relevant materials for presentations and proposals
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral and platforms
  • Collaborate with design resources for sales materials creation
  • Support sales team with client research and industry information
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication with colleagues across multiple offices
  • Review documents with attention to detail and consistency
  • Contribute to day-to-day office operations and management
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sports management or related field
  • Previous sponsorship experience in professional sports preferred
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, experience with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM software is a plus
