Position Overview:

Join our team as a vital member responsible for supporting our company in meeting its recruitment needs. Below are the main responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare interview and new hire packets while ensuring full compliance consistently.
  • Manage e-Verify and filing of I-9 forms for employees.
  • Source qualified candidates using social media and recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct interviews via various methods.
  • Assist in HR audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee meetings.
  • Oversee employee anniversary program.
  • Create and distribute reports as necessary.
These tasks may vary over time.

Performance Metrics:

Success in projects and tasks will be evaluated based on the completion of objectives, meeting deadlines, and accuracy of work.

Minimum Qualifications:

•Understanding of recruitment and HR cycles.
•Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

•Proficiency in common software applications.
•Strong data management and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience:

•High School Diploma or equivalent required.
•Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
•Experience in HR roles preferred.
•Familiarity with HR regulations is a plus.
