We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to maintain this beautiful 71 room Extended stay property. In this role, you should be organized and proactive. If you're also committed to meeting health and safety standards, we'd like to meet you. Job requirements are including but not limited to:

  • Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets company and IHG Compliance standards
  • Arrange for routine Preventative maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities
  • Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
  • Find ways to reduce hotel operating costs by troubleshooting and proactively looking for resolutions to problems.
  • Completes Reports Daily as required by hotel Management
  • Grounds Maintenance IE: mowing, power washing, touching up parking lines etc.

Requirements and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems is a plus but not required.
  • Problem solving aptitude
  • Act fast to resolve emergency issues
  • Excellent organizational skills
