GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: We need a self-driven and highly energetic individual to boost performance in this area. The primary focus of the **District Manager** is to develop their management teams and ensure the financial success of stores in their district.

REPORTS TO: Regional Director of Operations

SUPERVISES: General Manager

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Occasional ability to travel on short notice.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Daily discussions with Managers on previous day's performance.
  • Strategize with GMs to enhance brand awareness in the market.
  • Manage operations across multiple sites to meet company objectives.
  • Ensure daily activities are efficiently carried out by all employees.
  • Facilitate growth and development of management teams at various locations.
  • Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations on sales and retention goals.
  • Accountable for location's financial reporting.
  • Analyze budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Promote organizational values in all site operations.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in budget planning with the Regional Director of Operations.
  • Monitor sales and labor analysis at the district level.
  • Work with GMs/Supervisors to boost brand visibility in the region.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job incumbents should uphold the necessary competencies for the position and stay informed on company affairs.
