ROLE OVERVIEW

The Director of Corporate Facilities oversees the operational efficiency of the company's physical workspaces throughout the U.S. and in Mexico City, with a specific focus on three key facilities in Dallas, Texas.

This role involves collaborating with Regional Building and Office Services (BOS) teams and key leaders to develop and supervise all plans, projects, and initiatives related to the Dallas facilities.

Responsibilities include managing resources, setting priorities, and offering technical expertise to ensure optimal workplace functionality that supports a safe, productive, and comfortable employee experience.

Additionally, this position acts as the technical and mechanical expert for the Region, providing guidance to the company's locations in the U.S. and Mexico City and working across all business areas to implement effective workplace strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Planning Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and prioritize the needs of assigned facilities, develop project roadmaps, allocate resources effectively, and adhere to Richemont Group's Real Estate Guidelines.

Manage and oversee all facilities-related activities, including relocations, renovations, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

Lead operational and capital budget preparation, oversight, and reporting in coordination with Group and Region Real Estate/BOS leaders and Finance.

Set facilities guidelines, define best practices, and establish KPIs to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
Take charge of all aspects of workspace management, construction, and maintenance at Richemont's U.S. and Mexico City locations, emphasizing operational facilities.

Plan and oversee inspections and maintenance of facilities, infrastructure, electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations across all facilities.

Monitor and harmonize BOS processes and procedures across Functions, Maisons, and work locations, recommending and implementing efficiencies and enhancements.

Coordinate and execute space allocation and configuration plans with relevant teams.
Manage vendor selection and relationships, contract negotiations, performance reviews, and ensure maintenance needs are met per agreements and standards.
Ensure prompt and efficient response to BOS-related employee requests.
Create and deliver BOS-related presentations and communications to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the CSR leader to promote sustainable practices at assigned locations and provide sustainability recommendations for renovations and new construction in alignment with Group directives.

Work with Health & Safety to contribute to the Company's Emergency Response plans as required.

Act as the escalation point for all technical/mechanical BOS matters in the Region.
Foster positive relationships with property managers and teams.
Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
Stay informed about sustainable and cost-effective BOS practices, trends, and innovations, making recommendations to leadership as needed.
Leadership Responsibilities

Inspire and motivate direct reports and their teams to deliver high-quality service and performance, supporting employee development and growth.

Provide technical expertise on facilities-related mechanical systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components to the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Preferred AED/First Aid certification.
Professional Experience
7+ years in corporate facilities management, with at least 5 years in large/multi-campus settings, ideally in a luxury environment.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permits, ADA, sustainability/energy management, and compliance requirements.
Understanding of architectural schematics and drawings.
Strong space planning and utilization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organization and project management skills.
Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to engage confidently across all organizational levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects across various facilities.
Proficiency in technology tools such as intranet platforms, SharePoint, Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Commitment to continuous improvement and initiative.
Appreciation for luxury design and aesthetics.
Ability to interpret CAD drawings is advantageous.
Proficiency in conversational Spanish, with French knowledge being a bonus.
Travel
This role is based in Dallas, TX, with regular travel between the company's Fort Worth and Grand Prairie locations. Travel to other U.S. and Mexico City offices may account for 20-25% of the role.
