Help Desk Specialist

- Join our dynamic team as an intermediate-level support specialist.
- Provide onsite desktop support to a user base located in Washington DC and remote sites.
- Support the Endpoint Computing & Administrative Services team (ECAS).
- Showcase expertise in Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project/Visio, and more.
- Utilize Active Directory, PowerShell scripts, SCCM, and standard operating procedures.
- Interact with internal customers and technical support teams to resolve diverse technical challenges.
- Manage support efforts using ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Possibility of occasional support over nights and weekends.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in helpdesk/desktop support within a Microsoft Windows Environment.
- Experience as Tier 2 or Tier 3 Information Technology Help Desk support.
- Must be customer service oriented, self-motivated, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across all organizational levels.
